Creating a link

Tracking Links
Go to the Materials section, then to the Link tab. Create a new tracking link by filling in all the required fields and click the Save button.The material you created will appear on the Additional Materials page under the Links tab. Later, we’ll need the ID of this material.
Cascade Campaigns
In the Campaigns section, create a new campaign. In the Basics stage, under Scenarios, select Voice + SMS Cascade. In the message text, specify the ID of the previously created link: {{tracker:325}}. This will allow you to track link clicks and respond to customer actions using configured scenarios.

Contact Lists
In the Audience stage, select Add Audience from the list to choose an existing one or create a new contact list. You can upload a file in .csv, .txt, .xls, or .xlsx format, or manually enter contacts separated by commas.
You can add multiple lists, each of which will be processed sequentially.
It is recommended to analyze your audience before launching the campaign.

Cascade Campaigns
In the Channels stage, under Telephony, select a number for sending voice messages. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to rent it. For sending SMS messages, in the SMS section, choose an existing campaign channel or create a new one.
This way, you can reduce SMS notification costs by up to 40%. Additionally, it’s recommended to use various communication channels to deliver information to subscribers, ensuring the best results.
