Consent to receive promotional materials and information messages
Hereby I, the subject of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the "User", acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Botto Limited Liability Company (OGRN 1204600009184, INN 4632270489, address: 420500, Republic of Tatarstan, Verkhneusonsky Municipal District, Innopolis Urban Settlement, Innopolis, Universitetskaya Street, Building 5) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), to send me marketing and informational materials related to the Operator's activities, including:
- Informing about new products, services, software updates, and functional capabilities of the Botto Platform service located on the domain name botto.ai.
- Sending special offers, promotions, discounts, and other incentive events.
- Invitations to participate in surveys, webinars, events, and other activities organized by the Operator.
- Sending other informational messages not directly related to the performance of the agreement concluded with me (User Agreement).
Consent is granted for sending materials by the following methods:
- to an email address;
- via SMS messages and other push notifications to a mobile phone number;
- via messages in messengers (Max, Vk, WhatsApp*, Telegram, Viber) to a phone number;
- via voice messages (robocalls) to a phone number.
This consent is valid for 5 (five) years from the moment of its provision, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, or until I withdraw this consent.
I am informed that I can withdraw this consent to receive marketing materials at any time by:
- Sending a written application to the Operator's email address: support@botto.ai with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to marketing".
- Using the "Unsubscribe" function in all of the Operator's marketing mailings.
- Independently changing notification settings in the personal account on the botto.ai website (if such a technical possibility exists).
The Operator is obliged to stop sending me marketing materials within 3 (three) business days from the moment of receiving my withdrawal.
I confirm that I give this consent voluntarily, without any coercion, and that my rights and the consequences of withdrawing consent have been explained to me.
