In accordance with the UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), I hereby give my free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to BOTTO PLATFORM - FZCO ("Data Controller") to collect, process, store, and use my personal data, as well as the data of my clients and contacts, that I provide or upload to the Service, as follows: In the following manner:

1. Purposes of data processing:

Registering and identifying me as a user of the botto.ai Service.

Providing access to the Service's functionality, including making automated voice calls and sending text messages.

Communicating with me regarding the use of the Service, sending notifications and technical information.

Processing payments and managing my account.

Improving the quality of the Service, developing and improving it.

Complying with the requirements of applicable law of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Categories of data processed:

I understand and agree that the processed data may include:

My data: First name, last name, email address, phone number, payment information, account login information (login, password), IP address, Service usage data.

Data of my clients and contacts (Data of data subjects): Phone numbers, names, voice recordings, text message content, and other information that I upload or transmit to the Service for mailing purposes. I confirm that I am the data controller for this information and am solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from these data subjects for the processing of their personal data through the Service in accordance with the PDPL.

3. Transfer of Data to Third Parties:

I agree that my data and the data of my clients may be transferred and processed:

Service Providers (Data Processors): Third-party companies that provide us with services necessary for the operation of the Service (e.g., cloud hosting providers such as AWS or Microsoft Azure; telecom operators that directly send messages; payment gateways; analytics services).

Government Authorities: When required by UAE law or by order of a competent UAE court or government authority.

4. International Data Transfer:

I am informed that my data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates. The Company undertakes to ensure an adequate level of protection for such data in accordance with the requirements of the PDPL by entering into the necessary contracts and implementing the safeguards and security measures required by the PDPL and the guidelines of the UAE Data Protection Authority.

5. Data Retention Period:

My personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with UAE legal or regulatory requirements. After termination of the Service, my data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Company's internal policies and the requirements of the PDPL.

6. My Rights under the PDPL:

I understand that I have the right to:

Request access to my personal data and receive a copy of it.

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Request deletion of my data where there are legitimate grounds.

Revoke this consent to data processing at any time.

Object to data processing based on legitimate interests.

Opt out of receiving direct marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, I can contact the Company's Data Protection Officer (DPO) at [privacy@botto.ai]. We undertake to review your request and provide a response within 45 business days, as required by UAE law.

7. Consequences of Withdrawal of Consent:

I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. I understand that withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out on other lawful grounds, such as performance of a contract or compliance with legal requirements. However, withdrawal of consent may result in the inability to further use the botto.ai Service, as its functioning is based on the processing of the data provided.

Acknowledgment and Consent:

I confirm that I have been provided with the opportunity to review the BOTTO PLATFORM - FZCO Privacy Policy and that I understand its provisions.
