From December 3, 2025What changes in billing on our side from December 3?
Outbound call rates for Russian numbers will change on the platform starting
Reason: Federal Law No. 41-FZ dated April 1, 2025, which amends the Federal Law "On Communications" and introduces mandatory business call labeling for telecom operators and corporate subscribers.
The key provisions of the law came into force on September 1, 2025, prompting Russian operators to start charging fees for call labeling and call initiation.
What changes in our billing starting October 1?
🔹 Outbound call initiation (regardless of whether the call is answered): 0.30 RUB per attempt.
🔹 Call labeling to display the "caller ID" (company name and category): 0.30 RUB per initiated call.
🔹 Actual call duration - according to your current tariff: 0.055 RUB per second.
Important: The new terms apply only to calls within Russia. Fees for initiation and labeling are charged in all cases — even if the subscriber does not answer, the line is busy, an automatic responder is triggered, or the call is canceled. This follows from the new rules, which require the initiating operator to transmit labeling data and charge for the service from the moment the call starts.
